Association of French Teachers of Pakistan

The Association of French Teachers of Pakistan (APFP) is a professional community dedicated to promoting the teaching and learning of French in Pakistan. Its mission goes beyond language instruction, aiming to foster cultural, linguistic, scientific, and economic ties with France and the wider Francophone world.

Objectives

• Build a community of French teachers that strengthens collaboration and intercultural exchange.
• Develop and reinforce connections among educators of French across institutions and regions.
• Encourage the sharing of best practices in teaching methodologies and pedagogy.
• Organize training sessions, congresses, and meetings for teachers and stakeholders in French education.
• Promote the French language through activities such as competitions, information days, and cultural events.
• Publish a quarterly newsletter serving as a platform for members to share articles, reports, projects, and updates on French language teaching (FLE).
• Ensure the continuity of French teaching in Pakistan’s multilingual context, where English often dominates.

French Language Courses (A1–C2)

The Association of French Teachers of Pakistan (APFP) offers comprehensive French language classes for all proficiency levels, from beginner (A1) to advanced mastery (C2). Our courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), ensuring internationally recognized standards.

• A1–A2: Build essential vocabulary, everyday expressions, and confidence in basic communication.
• B1–B2: Strengthen grammar, fluency, and cultural understanding for academic and professional contexts.
• C1–C2: Achieve advanced proficiency, mastering complex texts, nuanced communication, and intercultural competence.
